WP4 - Project demonstrators and Systems Integration

The objectives of this WP are:

DEMONSTRATOR1: Assembly of the high power robust and reconfigurable antenna demonstrator for 10-24GHz based on GaN/SiC RF-MEMS chips and of the RF-MEMS based RA cell on Al2O3 and final tests.

DEMONSTRATOR2: Assembly of the 94GHz passive imaging demonstrator modules and final tests.

DEMONSTRATOR3: Assembly of the MIMO radar modules and final tests of the 140GHz MIMO-radar system.

About Nanotec

To improve the reliability of RF-MEMS switches by using NANO-structured materials and also to realize novel types of micro-/mm-wave functions at 10-140 GHz using specifically developed GaN/GaAs/SiGe RFIC/MMIC foundry process TEChnologies with enabling on-chip low-loss RF-MEMS switches.
